Sowing Edition

Sowing Edition (Third Crop) is the first in a new and final set of four limited editions, marking the end of our Seasonal trilogy. Matured in 100% fresh1st-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, these casks are 9 months older than those used in Sowing Edition (Second Crop), and the difference is incredible! This whisky really highlights the floral aromatics associated with distilling in the colder months.
