This red wine represents the signature Uruguayan grape varietal of Tannat that has found its ideal soil in Garzon. The cool climate gives this expression of Tannat an intense red and black fruit flavour with lingering aftertaste balanced by freshness and softness.

Dorothy Parker American Gin is a blend of traditional and contemporary botanicals including juniper and elderberries, citrus, cinnamon, and hibiscus – is as delicious in a Gin & Tonic as it is in a Gin Daisy. There is classic Juniper aromas upfront together with distinct hibiscus petals then elderberry and cinnamon with cranberry and coriander in the background. The palate has more piney juniper combining with the hibiscus and spiced cranberries. The finish has a pine freshness and zesty citrus peel.

This naturally sweet Raspberry Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. As with all our fruit Gins, this is made in the same way as Sloe Gin. Ingredients are only Raspberries, "Export Strength" London Dry Gin, water and sugar. Probably the sweetest drink in the range, but this sweetness is really a product of the natural fruit rather than sugar. This is a fabulous colour and you will love trying this on the rocks. Pale gold in colour with a fine mousse, the wine is aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity. It is the Pinot Noir that gives the wine richness and a long finish while the Chardonnay, from the finest soils of the Cote des Blancs, adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness. Pinot Meunier, mainly from the Marne Valley, gives the wine an appealing fruitiness and roundness.
A full-bodied and wonderfully rich version of Talisker. There is smoke and spice on the nose with hints of bitter Seville orange marmalade and cracked black pepper. Quite an oily nose. Thick, rich fruit notes on the palate. A mix of marmalade and wood smoke meld with allspice linseed oil, cracked black pepper and hints of dried herbs. Long spicy finish with black pepper and butterscotch.
Domaine Fichet Bourgogne Pinot Noir is light to medium bodied with red cherries and strawberries with a slight savoury aspect. Very good starting point for those unfamiliar with Burgundy or for those who know Burgundy and enjoy decent wine at a decent price.

This Grain Whisky is distilled in a "Coffey still", which is a very traditional and rare patent still Nikka imported from Scotland in 1963. The Coffey still produces a complex whisky with a mellow and sweet taste originating from the grain itself. Please enjoy the uniqueness of this whisky which Nikka offers to the connoisseurs.

Good intensity of aromas, with fruity notes of green apple and peach. Floral notes of wisteria and acacia flowers. The bouquet is fine and expresses the fruity properties of this variety. The taste has a pleasant acidity and is well-structured. It is pleasant, harmonious and delicately dry.
20 months aging in large oak casks, this Aglianico is able to be matched to the most intense game dishes. Full-bodied, with a charming elegant finish.
Mandarine Napoléon is an exquisite, well-balanced blend of mandarins and refined 10-year-old aged cognac. Dating back to the early 1800s, and its roots stemming from the hands of Napoléon Bonaparte, the liqueur’s history is as rich as its distinctive flavor. The drink was custom made for Napoléon, after the emperor came across chemist Antoine-François de Fourcroy, known for his extraordinary skill of distilling. It was not until 1892, after the two had died, that the liqueur was introduced to the public.

Special edition of our own-label sparkling wine to celebrate our 10-Year Anniversary (2009-2019). Exclusively handcrafted for Hay Wines by the Padroggi family in Oltrepo Pavese, Northern Italy. Made 100% from organic old vine Pinot Noir grapes, and aged 36 months on the lees. After disgorgment, the wine is bottled without addition of dosage liqueur (Pas Dosé style), and it contains 0 grams of sugars per litre. This sparkling wine shows a complex and elegant nose dominated by enticing notes of dried fruit, bread crust and toasted almond. Good structure, with a beautiful creamy texture intensified by fine lingering bubbles. Dry finish with remarkable length. Spicy notes of white pepper are combined with rich fruitiness of ripe pear. The perfect celebration wine. This wine is named in honour of the foundation of St Katherine’s Hospital, one of Ledbury’s oldest buildings, in 1231 by bishop Hugh Foliot.
Mabis Biscardo Neropasso is intense ruby red turning to garnet with ageing. Bouquet is spicy with hints of cherry, black cherry and plum compote. fine and velvety palate, persistent, with soft tannins at the end.
Attractively aromatic, rich dry Sauvignon showing the fruit character of fully ripe grapes. Exotic fruits in abundance on the nose and just a hint of mint. On the palate its fresh and tangy and the finish is fruity and moreish. The obvious accompaniment to asparagus with hollandaise but should be tried with goats cheese and works well with tuna dishes.
From 60 years old vines. Mineral nose, reminding of Mediterranean flora. The palate is characterised by a salty taste that makes this wine perfect to be paired with shellfish.

This beautiful Rhubarb Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. Compounded the old fashioned way - the way you probably make Sloe Gin at home - by steeping diced rhubarb in London Dry Gin. We added sugar at the end of the process as we wanted to keep the tartness and sweetness nicely balance. Excellent with different mixers, but also incredibly balanced if consumed neat.
