This naturally sweet Raspberry Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. As with all our fruit Gins, this is made in the same way as Sloe Gin. Ingredients are only Raspberries, "Export Strength" London Dry Gin, water and sugar. Probably the sweetest drink in the range, but this sweetness is really a product of the natural fruit rather than sugar. This is a fabulous colour and you will love trying this on the rocks. Available in 35cl bottle and 70cl bottle
Intense aromas of cherries and blackberries. Full bodied, with intense and slightly sour black fruit flavours. Well-integrated tannins, high acidity. Made using spontaneous fermentation with wild natural yeast and no added preservative. With its 10 mg/l of total SO2, this is one of the lowest sulphites red wines on the market! This wine has a very earthy and wild character, both in terms of aromas and flavours, which is typical of natural wines made from spontaneous wild yeast fermentations.
Brockmans is Like No Other gin. It stands proudly alone from the many other types of gin due to the unique recipe of exquisite botanicals and the patient steeping distillation process. To make Brockmans, exquisite botanicals are sourced from all over the world. These include some typical ingredients such as angelica from Saxony, Bulgarian coriander and juniper berries from Tuscany. The more traditional notes of gin are combined with a refreshing influence of citrus and aromatic wild berry. This creates an intensely smooth gin with a beautifully crafted taste that is sensual and daringly different.
Feudi di San Gregorio began in the mid 1980's and has since garnered a world class reputation for producing top quality wines. Their aim of safeguarding local traditions, unlocking the potential of key indigenous grapes (Fiano, Greco, Falanghina, Aglianico) and rediscovering less planted grapes such as Syrica has been a true success.
This fruity Damson Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. Aromatic and tart, with a taste of cherries in amongst the Damson. This has a great finish and mixes sweetness and tartness beautifully. The intense flavour of Damson begins to taste almost like old-fashioned Cherry drop sweets. Another winter warmer that you can also enjoy in the summer! Available in 35cl bottle and 70cl bottle
This beautiful Rhubarb Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. Compounded the old fashioned way - the way you probably make Sloe Gin at home - by steeping diced rhubarb in London Dry Gin. We added sugar at the end of the process as we wanted to keep the tartness and sweetness nicely balance. Excellent with different mixers, but also incredibly balanced if consumed neat. Available in 35cl bottle and 70cl bottle
An intense aroma combining ripe sloes and black fruit with a mineral lift and cigar box/vanilla notes from the oak. Silky-textured and fresh in the mouth, with ample fruit fleshing out the supple structure.
This is an exemplary Sancerre - perfectly clean, crisp mineral palate with lemon and green apple flavours. Beautiful hints of elderflower on the nose.
A fruit-driven and eclectic blend of Barbera and other – unknown & almost forgotten – indigenous grape varieties.
Ramsbury Gin is a wonderful crisp gin full of flavour in which you can really smell the quince up front which leads onto a palate with a more traditional juniper taste, the finish is very refreshing and well balanced with just a hint of spice.
Wonderful open fruit with generous deep soft flavours. Deep rich & fruity with lovely soft spice. A really well made wine that is suitable for all occasions.
It is a beautiful orange wine with an amber colour that recalls the colour of the natural Malvasia grape in the sun. On the nose a touch of typical Malvasia aromatics and floral notes. On the palate it is full bodied and the tannins stand out; the finish is fresh and dry. From organic grapes, 60 days skin-contact maceration, no added sulphur dioxide, use of natural native yeast only and without fining or filtration. This wine spends 18 months on the yeasts before the actual disgorgement. Pas dosé & Millesimé. A very rare style of traditional method sparkling orange wine!
Displays a complex, characteristic fragrance with a pleasant, ripe fruit aroma of prunes and blackcurrant. Full-bodied and well-balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Teroldego takes its name from its traditional method of cultivation, trained on a system of “tirelle” or wire harnesses, an explanation that's more likely, if less pretty, than its legendary association with German dialect for gold of the Tirol. It has recently been discovered to be a full sibling of the Dureza variety from France, which is one of the parents of Syrah.
