This beautiful Rhubarb Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. Compounded the old fashioned way - the way you probably make Sloe Gin at home - by steeping diced rhubarb in London Dry Gin. We added sugar at the end of the process as we wanted to keep the tartness and sweetness nicely balance. Excellent with different mixers, but also incredibly balanced if consumed neat. Available in 35cl bottle and 70cl bottle
This naturally sweet Raspberry Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. As with all our fruit Gins, this is made in the same way as Sloe Gin. Ingredients are only Raspberries, "Export Strength" London Dry Gin, water and sugar. Probably the sweetest drink in the range, but this sweetness is really a product of the natural fruit rather than sugar. This is a fabulous colour and you will love trying this on the rocks. Available in 35cl bottle and 70cl bottle

The nose is fruity with pleasant aromas of juniper, vanilla and some hints of malt and bread. Fruity, juniper and pleasantly light on the palate. The Mash is made up of equal parts Rye, Corn and Malted Barley. After three distillations the resulting spirit is partially redistilled with juniper, Licorice and aniseed. This results in an unaged, fruity and fresh Genever or Dutch style sweet gin is a full bodied, malt-based spirit that was introduced to the Netherlands in the 16th century. It is a decidedly different taste then the more familiar dry gins from England. The unique flavours and aromas of Zuidam Genever come from the finest, most natural imported botanicals, spices & herbs from around the world.

Nose: fresh notes of grapefruit with earthy coriander backed-up by sweet juniper. Soft notes of black pepper with a hint of perfumed Cotswolds lavender. Palate: clean, pine juniper spice with fresh grapefruit and coriander seed. A touch of dryness from the angelica root with eucalyptus notes from bay leaf. Subtle lime and lavender. The expression of the traditional London dry style comes from the maceration into our pure wheat spirit of juniper, coriander and angelica root, which have been left for 12 hours to allow their flavour characteristics to fully infuse. They then add their unique botanical mix of Cotswolds lavender and bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seed into their carter head still for distillation before finishing with naturally refined Cotswolds water. The result is a classic well-balanced juniper-led gin with crisp citrus and spice. This gin is delicious on its own and over ice. It’s robust enough to stand up to tonic and smooth enough to craft the ultimate gin martini.
