Casa Ferreirinha and its wines are synonymous with quality, time and art. Thus it has been since the company’s founding in the eighteenth century by Bernardo Ferreira, whose formula was refined by his descendants, especially his granddaughter Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira, known affectionately as "Ferreirinha" or "Ferreirinha-da-Régua".

Casa Ferreirinha Planato Douro Branco is a citrine colour with a slightly golden hue. An aroma of good complexity, with floral notes, tropical fruit, white fruits and earthy, slightly shrubby tones. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and reveals a lively and well-integrated acidity, alongside floral notes and touches of white fruit. It has an extremely elegant finish.

Has a very perfumed nose with citric and floral aromas. On the palate the wine is quite full bodied but the richness is well balanced by a combination of minerality and fresh acidity. An intense wine that is full of flavour but remains very beautiful and balanced with a long, fresh finish at the end

Pale, straw colour. A superb balance of ripe fruit, delicate acidity and elegant notes of wood aging. Full and fruity on the palate this wine has a glorious lingering finish and an attractive, refreshing crispness. Fonseca Siroco is traditionally enjoyed as an aperitif, served chilled in a white wine glass. It can also be poured over ice in a high ball glass and topped up with tonic water and a leaf of fresh mint or a slice of lemon as a refreshing summer long drink.
