Lovells Late Harvest Siegerrebe is bronze-straw colour with a Williams Pear and Elderflower nose. On the palate honey and pear are most prominent, whilst the after taste is almost dried banana and sherry. The sweetness is contained by the acidity which creates a perfect balance. 37.5cl

This Sloe Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. Made from Sloes, sugar and London Dry Gin our Sloe Gin is paler, stronger (27% ABV) and less sweet than the majority of others. You will find this a real warmer and it is perfect out in the field. You may like to try it instead of Port, but in the summer it is great mixed with Champagne. This beautiful Rhubarb Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. Compounded the old fashioned way - the way you probably make Sloe Gin at home - by steeping diced rhubarb in London Dry Gin. We added sugar at the end of the process as we wanted to keep the tartness and sweetness nicely balance. Excellent with different mixers, but also incredibly balanced if consumed neat. This naturally sweet Raspberry Gin is part of our own range of Gin liqueurs. As with all our fruit Gins, this is made in the same way as Sloe Gin. Ingredients are only Raspberries, "Export Strength" London Dry Gin, water and sugar. Probably the sweetest drink in the range, but this sweetness is really a product of the natural fruit rather than sugar. This is a fabulous colour and you will love trying this on the rocks. An initial peppery haze opens up to a lightly sweet and creamy, oak smoke with delicate notes of ash flitting by in the breeze. Sweet and light woody notes of liquorice root greet the palate on entry.
Hints of charcoal and black pepper lead the way with a lightly tingling bitterness and spice, before the billowing oak smoke that follows. The finish has a soft and delicate smokiness, warming like orange embers in the fireplace.
Try it neat and slightly chilled as it tastes great on its own. With its smoky and moreish qualities, it also makes an inspired base for a range of cocktail recipes especially in a Bloody Mary and as a food-pairing vodka with smoked fish.
