Maculan Torcolato is sweet and full-bodied, with excellent balance between acidity and sugar. Moreover it has a clear and lively finish with a nice persistence. Perfect pairing with little pastry or local cakes like “fregolota”. Furthermore aged cheeses, like Asiago Stravecchio, or very strongly-flavoured blue cheeses would also work well. 37.5cl

A real “jump” into the tradition! The Verduzzo is typically a late-harvest wine, very popular among locals. It has a bright golden colour. The nose is just lovely, with intense notes of apricot, golden plums, nectarine, butter, custard, dry hay and rhubarb. The taste is soft, round, sapid and with a delicate sweetness, that is never too much. Best paired with mature cheeses or light/fresh desserts.

It is deep gold tending to amber. The nose is very intense, with dried apricot, honey and mincemeat, and final notes of citrus. Rich and sweet, but fresh at the same time. This gorgeous wine comes from organic grapes dried under the sun, without sulphites addition, native yeast fermentation, without filtration. The natural fermentation stops spontaneously. A very rare style of dessert wine. 50cl bottle
