This wine is garnet, with slightly fading hues. The nose is complex and intriguing, with notes of leather, cocoa, coffee and marasca cherry. Intense and rugged to the palate, with flavours of ripe red fruit and tobacco. Elegant tannin, and great acidity. Excellent with grilled red meat, braised wild boar or mature cheese.

This wine is deep yellow, with golden hues. It has intense fruity notes of peach and quince, with additional refreshing aromas of yogurt, custard and some mineral notes. To the palate, the Spiule Chardonnay is dry, fruity, soft and elegant. High acidity and minerality makes this full-bodied Chardonnay incredibly easy to drink.
