Galena is a wine with an intense cherry red colour, where we try to express what our terroir is. The mineral character the wine has is unique from this terroir, always present, which provides freshness. Galena presents a remarkable aromatic complexity and a wealth of nuances, with aromas dominated by balsamic notes, black fruits as well as jams, with a light touch of black spices. Full bodied in the mouth, powerful but with tannins that soften with time in bottle. This wine has a very good ageing potential.

From 60 years old vines. Mineral nose, reminding of Mediterranean flora. The palate is characterised by a salty taste that makes this wine perfect to be paired with shellfish.
Taurasi at its best. 30 days maceration at room temperature. Manual pressing. Aged in old Slavonia oak barrels for 24 months, and at least other 24 months in bottle.
