Bibi Graetz Soffocone di Vincigliata, old vines are the key to every wine Bibi makes, hand nurtured and tendered, the old vines are coaxed into producing small crops of fantastically high quality.

All of Bibi’s wine are made exclusively from indigenous Tuscan varieties.

Bibi Graetz Soffocone di Vincigliata has hints of coffee, leather, and wild berries on the nose with a velvety, silky texture on the palate. The wine has very elegant tannins with a long and persistent finish.

Without any formal training and with initially only a small 2 hectare vineyard on his parents’ property overlooking Florence, he has managed to unceremoniously gatecrash the staid Tuscan wine scene.

Now rated in the top 12 collectable Tuscan producers, Bibi’s wines have gone from strength to strength over the past decade.

Using organic cultivation methods and resisting the trend of planting Cabernet and Merlot, these wines are the ultimate expression of indigenous grape varieties.

All goods should be examined upon receipt, and any claim for loss or breakage notified by email or telephone to Hay Wines immediately. In the case of goods delivered by couriers, unless any claim is made within 24 hours, no compensation, refund or other credit will be available. In the case of damaged goods, Hay Wines reserves the right to collect these.

Ship your items back to us

If you wish to return your order due to an error on our behalf, we are happy to collect or get our courier to collect from the delivery address stated on the invoice, providing the parcel is securely packed in the same way as it was sent out. If you wish to return the parcel yourself please feel free to do so. Once the parcel has returned to us we will refund you the full amount.
