The winery was established in 1991, has 18 stainless steel tanks and concrete thermo regulated with a capacity of 2400 hl, the barrel cellar can accommodate up to 250 barrels, and storage cellar can hold up 120,000 bottles.

At the heart of the Medoc vineyard is Listrac-Médoc, Tea with beautiful gravelly ridges where the vine flourishes, and
3 km from the village, the Lafon castle is located in the centre of a hamlet that bears his name. Château Lafon, one of the oldest wine estates in the town, owes its fame to a great winemaker of the last century, Mr. Dominique Duat: in the seventh edition of “Bordeaux and its Wines” (1908). It is successively Mrs. Boye, M. Flamerie Chapel, Mr. Theron. In 2011, Mr. Li, Chinese real estate investor redeems.

Winemaking

The wines are aged in the finest tradition with a constant concern for quality. Control of maturity: analysis “Glories” Pre-fermentation. 48 hours. Fermentation time: 4 to 5 days.
Maceration Time: 20 to 25 days. Thermo regulated stainless steel vats. Cement vats. Battonage lees with entonnage. Ageing potential.

All goods should be examined upon receipt, and any claim for loss or breakage notified by email or telephone to Hay Wines immediately. In the case of goods delivered by couriers, unless any claim is made within 24 hours, no compensation, refund or other credit will be available. In the case of damaged goods, Hay Wines reserves the right to collect these.

If you wish to return your order due to an error on our behalf, we are happy to collect or get our courier to collect from the delivery address stated on the invoice, providing the parcel is securely packed in the same way as it was sent out. If you wish to return the parcel yourself please feel free to do so. Once the parcel has returned to us we will refund you the full amount.
