Eden Mill Love Gin

Eden Mill Love Gin has soft subtle juniper on the nose. A touch of warm, spiced berries – strawberry and raspberry. Sweet vanilla and green fruits – green apples and pears.

Finishes with a delicate citrus pink grapefruit and a drop of rose water at the very end.

Eden Mill Love Gin is blush pink and incorporates five core botanicals and eight further, exotic flavours (including red rose petals, marshmallow root, goji berries and whole hibiscus flowers).

The result is a fruity, floral aroma, and a mellow red berry and citrus flavour. Luscious served over ice with a wedge of pink grapefruit.

The famous aniseed flavoured aperitif from Marseille. In accordance with Paul Ricard’s original recipe, Ricard pastis should be served cold. It should be prepared by adding 10cl of chilled water to 2cl of Ricard and then adding the ice cubes last. This ritual will release the full aroma of the anise. Moniack Mead Quick View

Moniack Mead

Rating:
Moniack Mead is a traditional honey mead which is produced at Moniack Castle by Highland Wineries, and is said to be one of the best meads being made in modern times. Mead is one of the oldest alcoholic drinks known in history and, like all meads, Moniack Mead is produced through the process of fermenting honey. An interesting fact about mead is that it is traditionally drunk for the month after a wedding which is where the word “honeymoon” came from. Moniack Mead has a lovely, lingering and smooth flavour with elements of caramel and fermented honey. Our recommendation is that this mead is best served either chilled or if you prefer as a aperitif. 75cl bottle
