Costeggiola Recioto di Soave Classico DOCG
Made with grapes from selected parcels of vineyard Costeggiola. These parcels have distinguished themselves over the years thanks to their exposure, the age of the vines and the low yield per hectare, the features that make the grapes collected here particularly suited to the drying process. www.guerrieririzzardi.it

Garganega grapes are selected from vineyards planted with pergola in the middle and in the lower Costeggiola. Planted between 1960 and 1998, these vineyards produce grapes of the highest quality.

We devote only from 7% to 50% (rarely) of grapes withering, about a third of the total. The grapes are dried in wooden boxes in the loft of Costeggiola for about three to five months depending on the vintage.

We recommend serving this wine cool (12-14° C) with desserts like lemon meringue pie, sponge cake or pastry.

Aging potential: 10 years or more if properly stored.
