Hildago La Gitana Manzanilla

Hildago La Gitana Manzanilla, has a very pale colour typical of Manzanilla. Plenty of floral character on the nose, with a salty cashew nut edge.

Hildago La Gitana Manzanilla is bone dry on the palate, very fresh and tangy, with flor nut and herb flavours – perfect with nuts or olives and a great introduction to dry sherry.

Made from 100% Palomino which was aged for over 60 months giving this sherry extraordinary depth of flavour.

During maturation, it was protected by a layer of flor maintaining the wines freshness.

It is dry on palate with subtle nutty hints and salty twang. Pair with shellfish, almonds or cheese.

Established in 1792, the family owned and run business is now in its sixth generation and is widely regarded as the definitive Manzanilla house.  http://www.lagitana.es/en/

Silky-smooth aromas of crushed red berry fruits and chocolate with little herbal nuances.
