La Maliosa Rosso Maremma Toscana is a low sulphite red wine blend of Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese.
It has luxurious and seductive red cherry aromas with a long, silky finish, delicious.
Their winemaking practices are natural, using indigenous yeasts to ferment the grapes without the addition of sulphur.
La Maliosa Rosso Maremma Toscana is ruby-red, intense, with very balanced tannic structure and fruit concentration.
Fattoria La Maliosa is a 160-hectare farm in the Maremman hills, consisting of arable lands, vineyards, olive trees and forests.
It produces natural low sulphite red wines, extra virgin olive oil and honey.
The farm has held both organic and biodynamic certifications since 2010, reflecting a continued commitment over time.
Antonella Manuli implemented a quality project especially based upon, beauty and environmental well-being with respect for the territory and its originality.
In this project Antonella was able to involve Lorenzo Corino, one of the most important sustainable farming agronomists and researchers in Italy.
raised in Italy, Switzerland and the United States, she studied in California, where she met and shared in the Organic Movement’s values.
She returned to Italy to work in the finance industry before landing in the Maremma and running, for ten years, the Terme di Saturnia.

Lorenzo Corino: a vineyard man. Agronomist and researcher, author and co-author of more than 90 technical and scientific publications on the subject of wine.
He has also frequently collaborated with Italian and international institutions, regional governments, consortiums, associations and producers.
Lorenzo is especially a strong supporter of farming in harmony with the rural world and with attention to sustainable management methods.
He represents the fifth general of winemakers at Costigliole d’Asti and began running the winemaking project at Fattoria La Maliosa.
In 2013 after a long career that concluded as manager of the Centro di Ricerca per l’Enologia di Asti.
