Larry Cherubino Middle of Everywhere Shiraz

Larry Cherubino Middle of Everywhere Shiraz comes from cooler climate fruit producing a fragrant wine with pepper accents.

Larry Cherubino Middle of Everywhere Shiraz is full-flavoured medium bodied red wine with ripe, juicy black and blueberry-like fruit flavours cut with textured savoury-ness. Larry Cherubino

Larry Cherubino Middle of Everywhere Shiraz has deep and inky Shiraz, subtle oak with good length on the palate.

Larry Cherubino Wines was only established in 2005, but have already achieved significant success.

Named ‘Winery of the Year 2011’ in James Halliday’s Wine Companion and ‘Producer of the Year’ by wine writer Matt Skinner in the same year.

James Halliday’s 2013 Australian Wine Companion credits Larry Cherubino Wines with more 94+ point wines than any other winery in Australia.

Raised in the Swan Valley of New South Wales, Larry was studying for an agriculture degree when he worked a vintage as cellar hand at the valley’s iconic Houghton, Australia’s third oldest winery.

He enjoyed working there so much so that he deferred his degree and spent the next few years working vintages in Europe and back at Houghton.

After passing his degree he went on to study oenology at Adelaide’s famed Roseworthy College.

Larry Cherubino Wines was only established in 2005, but the significant success we’ve achieved is the culmination of more than 20 years’ observation and work, both in Australia and across the major wine-producing regions of the world.

While the winemaking process itself may seem quite simple, the key to the quality of our wines is how we select fruit.

The search for grapes with personality and unique traits is so important, and so tied to region and site, that much of Larry’s time is spent just hunting for these qualities.

Our fruit is sourced from vineyards throughout the southern half of Western Australia, with a particular focus on the Great Southern and its sub-regions of Porongurup and Frankland River.

Pemberton and Margaret River are also major players in the make-up of our regional single vineyard wines.

All our wines are carefully crafted to reflect a true sense of place, and to express the fruit at its finest and most unequivocal.
