Les Bonnets Blancs Muscadet Sur Lie is the natural expression of a terroir made of schist and gneiss; this Muscadet is a fruity and expressive wine, combining great suppleness with lots of coolness.

This wine spends 6 months on lees. Aromas of wet stone, lemon, and subtle white peach, this pure-fruited wine leads with minerality and ends with a refreshing saline finish.

Wine made from grapes from the Agriculture Biologique (AB), certifie by Ecocer and Biodynamic certified by Biodyvin. Without the use of any weed-killer nor of any synthetic chemicals. Soil plowing, training on 3 wires. 50’000 bottles produced a year.

Producer

The domain Bonnet Huteau is situated in the center of the Muscadet vineyard, in the Sèvre & Maine appellation, 20km from Nantes and 10km from Clisson – a small attractive city in the Italian style, by the river Sèvre Nantaise.

This domain has been producing some Muscadet for more than 150 years and was previously a Medieval house where the little town of La Chapelle Heulin finds its roots.

Jean-Jacques, Rémi Bonnet, Vincent Pineau operate the Domaine Bonnet-Huteau, giving their best to develop a whole palette of flavours so that their Muscadet wines express the best quality and minerality for each terroir – gneiss, micaschist, amphibolite and granite.

All goods should be examined upon receipt, and any claim for loss or breakage notified by email or telephone to Hay Wines immediately. In the case of goods delivered by couriers, unless any claim is made within 24 hours, no compensation, refund or other credit will be available. In the case of damaged goods, Hay Wines reserves the right to collect these.

If you wish to return your order due to an error on our behalf, we are happy to collect or get our courier to collect from the delivery address stated on the invoice, providing the parcel is securely packed in the same way as it was sent out. If you wish to return the parcel yourself please feel free to do so. Once the parcel has returned to us we will refund you the full amount.
