Ramsbury Gin is a wonderful crisp gin full of flavour in which you can really smell the quince up front which leads  onto a palate with a more traditional juniper taste, the finish is very refreshing and well balanced with just a hint of spice.

They have created a classic London Dry Gin using their own wheat grain spirit infused with botanicals including juniper picked from Salisbury Plain and fragrant quince grown on the estate.

The finest wheat, grown on their quintessential estate in the ancient Wiltshire landscape. That’s at the heart of the unique flavour profiles of their single estate gin. Every bottle’s heritage is traceable back to its single field of origin. It’s hand crafted spirit with an English accent.

On the Ramsbury Estate they make their Vodka and Gin from scratch, its pure and simple. They grow and nurture their own specific type of wheat, and combine it with water from the ancient aquifer below their land in a very traditional way. Their experts in the distillery transform these raw ingredients from the land into a crystal clear spirit which is chilled, filtered and hand crafted to produce their single estate vodka and gin. Every single bottle is filled and checked by hand to create something unique. You can taste, smell and see the difference.

The spent grain used in production is fed to their wonderful beef cattle, and the waste water is filtered through a sustainable reed bed system into a wildlife lake.

Returns and Exchanges

All goods should be examined upon receipt, and any claim for loss or breakage notified by email or telephone to Hay Wines immediately. In the case of goods delivered by couriers, unless any claim is made within 24 hours, no compensation, refund or other credit will be available. In the case of damaged goods, Hay Wines reserves the right to collect these.

Ship your items back to us

If you wish to return your order due to an error on our behalf, we are happy to collect or get our courier to collect from the delivery address stated on the invoice, providing the parcel is securely packed in the same way as it was sent out. If you wish to return the parcel yourself please feel free to do so. Once the parcel has returned to us we will refund you the full amount. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
