Lyme Bay Chardonnay is well rounded with nice weight, ripe stone fruit characters combine with the subtle creaminess of the oak creating layers of flavour and complexity. A complex nose of creamy green & red apples, toast, peaches & a hint of mango with a crisp and complex palate, making this wine an excellent match with food, with structure to support extended ageing.
