Rich and complex with poached plums, cinnamon, allspice, clove and a subtle hint of cured meats. The granite in the vineyard lends a mineral, almost reduced note. It takes time to unfold but will reward patience.
Straw yellow in colour, it has an intense bouquet with prevailing fruity and floral notes. On the palate it is soft, balanced, aromatic and long-lasting. Riesling Italico probably originates from the French region of Champagne, but its origins are still not known precisely. It is not related to the more famous German Riesling.
Deep ruby red colour. Rich and elegant bouquet, with hints of red berries, plum, spices and elegant herbaceous notes. To the palate the La Piotta 89 90 Rosso is intense, and it develops an important structure. Incredibly well-balanced with very soft and elegant tannins.

The grapes come from celebrated international grape varieties, processed with care, combining the traditional oenological skills of the Oltrepò with vinification techniques from some of the most famous winemaking areas of the world.
Zurab Topuridze Saperavi is a delicate wine that has gentle aromas of cherries, strawberries and wildflowers. The palate is easy drinking and very approachable in style and is fresh with soft fruits and great elegance. It is medium bodied with a good balance between richness, acidity and minerality. This is a great introduction to this grape variety and style of Georgian wine.
Okoros Wines Rkatsiteli is made from the best, selected grapes of Rkatsiteli veriety grown in Eastern Georgian (Kakheti) vineyards near village Nukriaani at Sighnaghi municipality. Wine is dry and aromatic with notes of piquant spices and paprika emerging over the pineapple and honeyed walnut aromas often associated with Rkatsiteli. The palate is savoury and crisp, medium bodied with crunchy cranberry and a tropical acidity.
Exclusively handcrafted for Hay Wines by the Padroggi family in Oltrepo Pavese, Northern Italy. Made from 100% organic Pinot Noir grapes and aged at least 30 months on the lees. This sparkling wine shows a complex, warm and elegant nose dominated by enticing notes of dried fruit, toasted almond and honey. Good structure, with a beautiful creamy texture intensified by fine lingering bubbles. The finish shows a remarkable length, with creamy notes of butter combined with rich fruitiness of ripe pear. This wine has a wild, bright, bold perfume of sweet berry fruit and spice, faint herbs, graphite, sea spray and Chinese five spice. The palate is silky and fairly full-bodied with sweet cherry, raspberry and nutmeg with fine tannins overlaid by a lovely fresh fruitiness. The finish is very, very long with a stony minerality.
