Showing a beautifully balanced structure, soft and smooth with plenty of vibrant fruit and a satisfying finish. Manto Negro (the predominant grape) is a dark skinned variety found exclusively in Majorca - and is brilliant for making easy drinking red wines.
Buitenverwachting Chardonnay Constantia is a full bodied, rich Chardonnay offers a powerful citrus, giving it great elegance, with flintstone on the nose, mineral undertones and good balance giving the wine a wonderful lingering finish.
Wonderfully intricate with honeyed butterscotch, spiced oak and raisined fruit, showcasing the sistema solera ageing process. The colour is light mahogany, with the tones of long barrel ageing at the rim, and long slow legs clinging to the glass.
Esteva Douro on the nose is perfumed and intense, with floral notes of rose, spicy notes of black pepper and aromas of red fruits. It is smooth on the palate, with well-integrated acidity giving exceptional freshness and vivacity. Polished tannins support floral aromas and fresh red fruits. The finish is elegant and balanced.
Ruby-red in colour with intense aromas of ripe red and black fruit, with floral and herbal notes and subtle oaky flavours from time in barrel. Elegant and balanced, with smooth tannins providing structure, the aromatic quality persists through to a long finish.
As a wine we feel this vintage is showing splendidly considering its youth. It is drinking well now and will continue to evolve as it ages. Suave handling of oak is elegant and restrained. A juicy wine inviting a second glance. The wine is precise and polished exhibiting classic “Neudorf” notes.
It has a vibrant pink/ red hue and its aroma shows hints of strawberry as well as complex nutty and yeasty notes. The palate has a good Pinot Noir influence, a lovely creamy mid palate and it carries to a long, savoury, brut finish.
A deeply coloured red wine revealing vibrant aromas of blueberries and blackberries, with hints of chocolate and cocoa. Full bodied and harmoniously balanced, with ripe, smooth tannins and juicy plum and blackberry flavours.
The variety is 100% Nero D'Avola. The harvest is hand picked using small crates of 20kg between the end of August and the first days of September. The maceration of the skins takes place at low temperatures for two days to extract the sweet tannins and delicate colour. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at 20°C for circa 12 days.
The variety is 100% Grillo.It is vinified with a light pressing of the grape, static clarification of the must at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation takes place at 16°C with selected yeasts. Refinement in stainless steel tanks for circa 4 months.

Brilliant ruby red in colour, the bouquet is full of typical cherry and strawberry fruit. The palate continues with complex layers of beautiful fruit notes and finishes with a spicy character. Ready to drink now but also has the potential to age wel
