Akitu A1 Pinot Noir
Spice, wild herbs, fresh raspberry & dark cherry fruit emanate from the glass with an airy perfume. Intriguing brown spice rack from sweet oak and graphite infuse the nose. Fresh and youthful now, it should open impressively with time. Very fine and silky on the palate with plenty of structure that leads to a harmonious finish.
