Long-term partnerships with a number of carefully selected co-ops and independent producers across the length of Italy give Schenk Italian Wineries access to a wide variety of wine regions.
Brunilde di Menzione and Boccantino, are some of the core brands from Schenk Italian Wineries. In addition to their existing range of wines, Schenk Italian Wineries can also supply private labels from most regions in Italy
Produced in the Puglia region of Italy, this wine is made from Primitivo grapes and is aged in oak barrels for four months. Grapes are grown with the traditional “Alberello” cultivation method, harvested manually in the end of August when the berries reach their best maturation status. After the harvest, fermentation takes place under a controlled temperature of 33° for approx. 25 days to emphasize its structure and the aromas of the wine. Then, the wine is aged in oak barriques for about 4 months.
