Tasting Note
La Font Blanche, is a fresh and elegant white blend made from 50% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, and 20% Vermentino. This unique blend provides an aromatic white, with white peach, apricot and slight floral notes coming through on the nose. On the palate the wine is aromatic, fresh and silky with good body.

We are absolutely delighted to welcome this important and historic Corbières Estate to the Thorman Hunt portfolio. With 135 hectares of organically farmed vineyards, and a wonderful, long-term commitment to sustainable agriculture and the environment Caraguilhes is a star of the Languedoc.
Organically certified since 1987, the estate, in one block, is surrounded by 500 further hectares of garrigues, and the wines carry a dramatic and exciting sense of place.
Le Cochon Volant Rouge is an AOP Languedoc, a plush blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault, while the Cochon Volant Blanc is refreshing and a direct blend of Viognier, Vermentino and Colombard.
For the Corbières, we have decided to list a red and white, both of which demonstrate a true sense of the magical estate with its natural local flora. La Font Blanche is both organic and biodynamic, a generous yet defined blend of 50% Roussane, 30% Grenache Blanc and 20% Vermentino. Les Gourgoules Corbières Rouge is also organically and biodynamically farmed on clay, limestone and pebbly terroir. It’s a blend of Grenache and Syrah with small component of carbonically macerated Carignan to add freshness and lift to this intense and evocative wine.
