Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Rhum Agricole casks to give sweet tropical flavours. Aromas of tropical fruits and apple crumble lead to flavours of spiced honey, vanilla and clove, with a spice and citrus finish.

The newest expression in the Galley Head range is a marriage of Clonakilty Single Pot Still Whiskey and Irish Grain Whiskey. The Pot Still Whiskey was distilled by Clonakilty Distillery using malted and un-malted barley.
