Tasting Note

This special whiskey was matured in ex-Bourbon and Amontillado casks, the whiskey presents flavours of sweet vanilla and kiwi, complemented by notes of caramelised pear and dark chocolate.

Nose: Vanilla sweetness leads to hints of demerara sugar, citrus peel and kiwi.

Taste: Vanilla, caramelised pear and apple, gives way to a gentle wood spice, dark chocolate and orange.
