Tasting Note

The typical blend from Gascony. A lively, fresh, delicious, aromatic, and crisp wine, easy to drink at any time: as an aperitif, with sea bass carpaccio, thyme/feta focaccia, shrimp or fresh goat’s cheese spring rolls.

Producer

Located on the slopes of Gascony at an altitude of 170m, the Guillaman estate is a family wine property belonging to the Ferret family for 6 generations, Dominique and his wife, Stephanie are the current guardians. The vines are nourished by a rich typically Gascon soil, resulting in a wine that is round and fresh, with a palate of grapefruit, lychee, passionfruit and a touch of acacia.
