Hay Wines Gentleman's Ginger Liqueur - NAVY STRENGTH - 41% ABV
This unique ginger liqueur made exclusively for us in Northern Italy is a delicious warming drink best served neat, slightly chilled or on the rocks. This is the NAVY STRENGHT version of our own Gentleman's Ginger liqueur (28%), and it shows an incredible intensity thanks to the higher ABV and the use of partially dried ginger roots.

Artisan distillers Piolo & Max always pay special attention to the quality of the raw materials.
The use of freshly foraged ginger and top quality base spirits is essential to reach the level of depth of flavours typical of this unique ginger liqueur.
About Piolo & Max, the makers of the Gentleman's Ginger
Two young liqueur producers from Trieste, who in 2003 embarked on an adventure running a small business creating their own liqueurs and spirits.
For them there is no magic formula, but a true passion and love for the work they do.
They always pay special attention to the quality of the raw materials, all strictly natural and when possible organic.
Their little "workshop of spirits" is in the heart of Trieste.
This is also a place where everyone is always welcome to drop by at any time to taste new flavours... and test their latest inventions including our Amaretto!
