Producer

Nestled in a hilly landscape dotted with vineyards and olive groves Colli Del Sannio winery was founded back in 1976 from Filippo Zotti perpetuating a centuries-old farming tradition where renowned varietes of Aglianico, Falanghina, Coda di Volpe and Barbera del Sannio are growed.
These ancient grape varieties have long been widespread in the Taburno area, where they today express their full potential, having found a favorable climate and soil.

Back in the time the grapes were grown and sold, but it was in 2005 that Filippo’s son, Giuseppe decided to convert the farm to estate where their wine could be finally made.
A family of farmers with a passion for vineyards and wine where their many sacrifices, the synergy between land, cellarmanship, people and the right balance between innovation and tradition, have made it possible to realize the dream of faithfully representing the great winemaking tradition of this area. The Zotti family’s human resources are fully invested in enhancing the territory and cultivars.

The winery extends over 12 hectares between the municipalities of Benevento and Torrecuso. Here, the naturalness of the production process is the mean that enhances the wines’ recognizability: wine quality begins in the vineyard and for this reason the vineyards are meticulously cared for and maintained.

Today the company is run by the family but mainly from Filippo’s nephew whose name is the same as his grandfather!
