Menicucci Chianti Riserva DOCG
On the nose, this wine is intense, clean, characterised by notes of red fruits, blackberries, black currant and pleasant notes of sweet spices like vanilla and cloves. This authentic Chianti is fresh, full and elegant; with soft tannin and a good balance between body and acidity. Ideal with all red meat dishes, excellent with medium-aged cheeses and with game.
WINEMAKING
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control and punch-downs. The wine is then transfered in large oak barrels and barriques, and it is aged for a minimum of 18/24 months before it is release to the market.
