Mondo Mango Liqueur - the making process

This liqueur is made macerating fresh Mango paste, with of high-quality alcohol (a special blend of vodka and grappa).

Piolo & Max always pay special attention to the quality of the raw materials, all strictly natural and when possible organic.

To make this gorgeous Mondo Mango liqueur, they only use 4 main ingredients: alcohol, sugar, Mango paste and citric acid.

Shake well before use; best served slightly chilled on the rocks, or mixed with Prosecco and other drinks (tonic water, ginger beer) to make unusual spritzs and other fantastic cocktails.

Two young liqueur producers from Trieste, who in 2003 embarked on an adventure running a small business creating their own liqueurs and spirits.
