Coming from 50 year old vines, this wine has a delicate nose of stone fruit and white flowers. The palate is pure and linear, with wonderful tension, leading to a pleasant round fullness with hints of white pears. The very mineral, almost saline finish is very typical of the limestone terroirs of the Mâconnais area. This is a very pure and expressive wine.
