Time Waits For No One Monastrell has a powerful, intense nose where the ripe fruit aroma predominates, with hints of new oak vanilla. On the palate the mouth is balanced, round, savoury with a clean finish.

Time Waits For No One Monastrell is a garnet red colour with violet hues, clean and bright.

Powerful and intense nose where the ripe fruit aroma predominates, with hints of new oak vanilla. On the palate the mouth is balanced, round, savoury with a clean finish.

Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.

Time in Barrells: 6 months in American oak barrels.

Serving Temperature: 16/18ºC

Food pairing: Good pairing with all kinds of rice, red meat, hake, cod and red tuna, blue cheeses and cured cheeses.

Vinification

The harvest is done by hand at the optimum rethinking time.

Each grape variety was fermented and macerated with their own peels separately during 15/20 days at a controlled temperature no higher than 28ºC.

Jumilla

Jumilla is located in the Southeast of Spain, and is characterized by its huge plains and valleys. The climate is sunny and arid, with little rain. Winters are cold and summers are very hot.
The soils in the area are naturally very chalky and are well suited to the arid conditions. Finca Baraca has its vineyards located 900m above sea level to help retain the grapes natural acidity and freshness
