The whites

1. Christmas Box - Casa Bianca Asolo Prosecco DOCG, Veneto, Italy, (1 bottle)
Our own exclusive Prosecco DOCG wine and a real best-seller! We could not start our box in a different way. A very special prosecco from Asolo, which is dryer in taste, with extremely fine bubbles, and a light, fragrant long-lasting slightly nutty flavour. This will appeal to Champagne drinkers.
2. Christmas Box - Crossings Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand, (1 bottle)
This wine has subtle yet exotic notes of white peach and pink grapefruit, compliment gooseberry and passionfruit aromas. On the palate it has lifted stone fruit and citrus is framed by a finely textured palate and zesty acidity with a classic Awatere flinty mineral background. Food pairings – baked whole fish, couscous and fresh tasty salads. An unmissable wine!
3. Christmas Box - Laurence de Veyrac Viognier, Languedoc, France, (1 bottle)
 On the nose the first notes are of banana, citrus and pine resin fruity aromas which develop into yellow peach and mango hints. The palate is fruity and lively with a rich well balanced mid palate with more peach and fresh pear flavours. The finish offers a very interesting buttered and lemony taste. Overall, a very classy Viognier, just perfect for Christmas!

4. Christmas Box - Baglio Gibellina U Passimiento, Sicily, Italy, (1 bottle)
 Our best selling red wine! Made from partially dried Nero d'Avola grapes, it has bright intense red fruit on the nose displaying lots of red berries. The palate is warm and full-bodied with sweet fruit and harmonious acidity and smooth and elegant tannins.
5. Christmas Box - Nostros Reserva Pinot Noir, Casablanca, Chile, (1 bottle)
No Christmas Box is a real Christmas Box without a Pinot Noir! Soft, light red wine with mature red fruit, violet flowers and extremely delicate smoky nuances. Subtle, elegant and refined, its light tannins allow the fruit to dominate and its refreshing, persistent, delicate flavours to shine. Delicious on its own and also ideal for terrines and pates.
6. Christmas Box - Quinta de la Rosa Late Bottle Vintage Port, Douro, Portugal, (1 bottle)
The perfect wine lover’s port! Aged for 4 years in old oak barrels which produces a beautiful port, full of round, soft flavours. Full bodied and well structured with vibrant dark fruits, cinnamon spices and a long finish.
