Jean Dirler and his wife, Ludivine Cadé passed on from father to son through five generations of wine growers. It has been cultivated using biodynamic practices since 1998. They now grow 18 hectares of vines and produce 4 ranges of wines:
· 4 Grand Crus : Saering, Spiegel, Kessler and Kitterlé
· lieux-dits Belzbrunnen, Schwarzberg, Bux, Schimberg, and Bollenberg
· varietal wines from 7 varieties: Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Muscat and Sylvaner
· Sparkling: traditional method Pinot Gris from Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Auxerrois.
