The Producer
\nThe
Spagnol are a family of winemakers in the heart of the Valdobbiadene DOCG appellation.
\n
\nWine producers since the early twentieth century, they began using the sparkling process when making their wine in 1986.
\n
\nToday, their 32 hectares of vineyards stretch over the hills and slopes of the most prestigious towns in this DOCG territory.
\n
\nAll the lands and vineyards, every vine and every single cluster, are followed closely on their way to the bottles.
\n
\nFurthermore, they are always subject to the attentive gaze and the industrious hands of the Spagnol family.
\n
The grape variety
\nThe grapes that make up the base of the low sugar Prosecco Col del Sas Prosecco DOCG Brut are the fruit of the Prosecco vine (Glera).
\n
\nIts cultivation in this territory makes it possible to obtain especially high levels of quality.
\n
\nThis is especially due to the outstanding variety in the geological composition of the soils.
\n
\nThese ideal terrains are further enhanced by the diverse exposure of the hillsides, the varying altitudes, and the many micro-climates found in this zone, and especially marked by notable temperature changes between the day and night.
\n
\nFurthermore, all these characteristics are responsible for the organoleptic richness of the Col del Sas Prosecco DOCG Brut.
