Made with Maris Otter barley, distilled and aged among old apple orchards on our family farm in Herefordshire, England. This inaugural release is a mature and confident whisky with notes of meadowsweet, orchard fruit, soft baking spice and sweet malt.
Limited to around 2,700 bottles – final number confirmed at bottling in October
47% ABV | 70 CL - Non-chill filtered and natural colour
