Tasting notes
Ruby red colour with garnet tinges. Pleasant fragrances of plum and cranberry, floral notes of violet and roses, as well as a hint of vanilla on the nose. Well-balanced with smooth tannins. The soft, fruity aftertastes play with the fresh flavour.
Vinification
The grapes are collected at full ripening in order to develop the aromatic component to its maximum potential. The grape harvest generally takes place in October. Bunches are harvested manually and once they reach the wine-cellar start a 20 days fermentation process on skins in steel fermenters. Maceration takes place for 2 weeks followed by aging in stainless steels for 4 months.
Producer
Our story began in 1957, over 60 years ago, when 31 wine producers came together who shared a love for Prosecco, a talent for wine-making and a love for their land. Over the years, they became one of the most important points of reference for wine production in Italy. In just a few years, the group of founders joined forces with other producers, who were attracted by the possibility of using the strength of this collaboration to promote their local areas and products, created through meticulous care for their vines. Today, the winery has around 600 cooperative members who are dedicated to carefully taking care of their vines day after day, allowing our team of oenologists to work with a high-quality raw material and create wines that really reflect the local area, with a well-recognised and precise identity. This is the case for both our Prosecco-based sparkling wines and our white and red wines, which contribute to enhancing our entire range of products.
